Our totally renovated, pristine villa, provides a multitude of pleasing features including a large, bright, open living space with a 55 inch smart TV with voice control remote. Double glass sliders lead to a large patio with outdoor furniture, attractive flowers and an unobstructed view of the golf course. Our living room boasts a reclining sofa and three single recliners for relaxing while watching TV or reading. Adjoining the living room and kitchen is a dining area with an attractive table that seats six. Floors are covered with large diagonal tile with the exception of carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen features an open concept with breakfast bar, custom cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the utensils any cook needs. A kitchen slider opens to the new screened lanai, with remote control light and fan, that provides enjoyable dining al fresco while watching wildlife and golfers. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV for your enjoyment, ensuite bathroom with two vanities and walk in shower. The attached den is a perfect spot for your computer or for reading. The guest bedroom has twin beds and access to the adjacent second bathroom. Both bedrooms have sliders to a private patio and all rooms have ceiling fans. Access to the laundry/storage room with a washer and dryer is through the den. Linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, cooler, and bikes are provided for your enjoyment. Short walk to the heated community pool. There are weekly and monthly social activities at the pool. Many beautiful public beaches, with free parking, are within a 15-minute drive as well as several public golf courses. Venice features wonderful restaurants, parks, Venice theater, Venice Performing Arts Center, Venice Community Center, free concerts in the Gazebo in downtown Venice, fishing off the Venice pier and boutique shopping. We are a ten minute drive from Cool Today Stadium for the Atlanta Braves Baseball Spring Training. The stadium features a lovely Tiki bar and different musical entertainment throughout the year. When here in Venice, we say, "another day in paradise". Come see for yourself. ** The Augusta Villas HOA requires all renters to submit a rental application with a $150.00 fee directly to them, at least 30 days before rental begins. Upon confirmation of rental agreement, we will send the application to you.

Summary: Our adult children thoroughly enjoyed this clean, well appointed Villa in a very safe neighborhood. The Henry's are wonderful property managers and listened very carefully each stage of the process. We felt so good about the overall experience as our children navigated new internships in Florida. We would highly recommend and are hoping to be able to stay ourselves soon! We give the Villa an A+ rating. Lovely people in a lovely setting.

Summary: Spacious home with nice golf course view. Loved that it had a lanai and 2 other separate patios! Hosts were awesome! We had one small issue with the wifi and the hosts took care of it IMMEDIATELY!! Great location! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I spent 2 months in this beautiful villa and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The villa is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The photos and information on the VRBP website were very accurate. Since we stayed in Aug and Sept - it rained frequently and the new addition built onto this villa allowed us to enter the house through the carport without getting wet. It was great! Loved the den that was added too. Bonnie and John were very gracious hosts - whenever we had a question they were very responsive. We would strongly recommend this villa to anyone - it is comfortable, well furnished, reasonably priced and the owners were great to work with. When we return to Venice - we hope to stay here again.
